Table to Blender™

Serve this colorful bowl as written for family and guests. For a softer version, blend the chickpeas, avocado, spinach, eggs, and dressing with a small amount of warm broth until smooth and creamy. The tomatoes and cucumbers may be blended separately into the mixture or omitted during early recovery stages. The result is a nutrient-dense savory puree that provides the same nourishment in a texture-friendly form.
