Table to Blender
Anti-inflammatory Meals for Every Seat at the Table

Coming Soon from The Reset Kitchen
There are seasons when gathering around the table feels effortless.
And there are seasons when something as simple as sharing a meal becomes unexpectedly complicated.
An illness.
A surgery.
A diagnosis.
A season of recovery.
A loved one whose needs have changed.
Suddenly, the foods everyone once enjoyed together may no longer be possible for one person at the table.
Yet the need for connection remains.
In many ways, it grows stronger.
The Heart Behind the Book
Table to Blender was born from a simple belief:
No one should lose their place at the table because of a season of healing.
This upcoming cookbook explores a different approach to nourishmentโone that begins with beautiful anti-inflammatory family meals and thoughtfully adapts them for those who may need softer, blended, or healing-friendly options.
Rather than preparing multiple meals, families can gather around one table, share one meal, and find many ways to nourish.
Because healing should never require isolation.
And nourishment is about far more than what is on our plates.
It is about connection.
Belonging.
Comfort.
Care.
And the simple gift of sharing life together.
Currently in Development
I am actively creating, testing, refining, and photographing recipes for the cookbook.
Each recipe is being thoughtfully developed to support:
- Anti-inflammatory living
- Recovery and healing
- Family-centered meals
- Texture adaptations when needed
- Practical nourishment for real life
This project is deeply personal and is being created with great care.
