- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 large eggs
- ⅔ cup coconut flour

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
- Gently fold in raspberries.
- Add eggs and whisk until combined.
- Stir in coconut flour until a thick batter forms.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil.
- Scoop approximately ¼ cup batter per pancake onto the skillet.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully flip and cook an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
