Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ ripe banana frozen for extra creaminess
- ½ cup frozen mango or pineapple
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or hemp hearts
- 1 –2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
- 1 scoop collagen peptides or plant protein powder optional
- 2 Medjool dates pitted
- ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger optional
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup ice cubes
Optional Boosters
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- ½ teaspoon spirulina
- 1 teaspoon MCT oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Instructions
Step 1
- Add spinach, banana, mango, almond milk, chia seeds, mint, dates, collagen (if using), ginger, lemon juice, and ice to a high-speed blender.
Step 2
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
Step 3
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
- Add additional almond milk for a thinner smoothie.
Step 4
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
- Serve immediately.
