Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ ripe banana frozen for extra creaminess
  • ½ cup frozen mango or pineapple
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or hemp hearts
  • 1 –2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides or plant protein powder optional
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted
  • ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger optional
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Optional Boosters

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • ½ teaspoon spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions
 

Step 1

  • Add spinach, banana, mango, almond milk, chia seeds, mint, dates, collagen (if using), ginger, lemon juice, and ice to a high-speed blender.

Step 2

  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.

Step 3

  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
  • Add additional almond milk for a thinner smoothie.

Step 4

  • Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
  • Serve immediately.
