Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed green tea cooled
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • ½ teaspoon reishi mushroom powder
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Pinch cinnamon optional
  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

Step 1

  • Brew green tea and allow it to cool completely.
  • For a colder smoothie, brew the tea slightly stronger and chill before using.

Step 2

  • Add green tea, raspberries, banana, protein powder, collagen peptides, reishi powder, coconut oil, cinnamon, and ice to a high-speed blender.

Step 3

  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Step 4
