Ingredients
Matcha Smoothie Base
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado flesh
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or dairy-free milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon organic matcha powder
- 1 scoop collagen peptices or plain protein powder
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
Blue Chia Layer
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut milk or nut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina optional, for color + minerals. I use "Blue Majik"
Toppings
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1-2 teaspoons unsweetened coconut flakes optional
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped mango or pineapple optional
Instructions
Make the Chia Layer
- Stir chia seeds, milk, and blue spirulina in a small bowl. Let thicken 5–10 minutes.
Blend Smoothie Base
- Add banana, avocado, milk, matcha, and optional collagen or sweetener to blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
Assemble the Bowl
- Pour matcha smoothie into a bowl. Add the chia layer on the side. Top with blueberries, coconut flakes, and dried fruit if using. Serve immediately.
