RESET KITCHEN NOTES
Matcha provides a gentle source of caffeine paired with L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes calm focus without the sharp energy spikes often associated with coffee. If you’re sensitive to caffeine or recovering from surgery, start with a smaller amount of matcha and increase gradually as tolerated.
For additional protein and staying power, blend in a scoop of unflavored collagen peptides or your favorite clean protein powder. For a naturally sweeter bowl, add a few chunks of frozen banana.
