Reset Kitchen Notes

This soup is a wonderful transitional meal because it feels comforting without being heavy. Using bone broth increases protein and collagen-supportive amino acids, while vegetable broth keeps the recipe fully plant-based.
For a heartier meal, pair with a soft protein source or blend in white beans for additional protein and fiber. The soup also freezes beautifully, making it ideal for meal prep and recovery seasons.
